Preform Injection Stage Semi-Finished Products

When the preform injection weight, neck finish dimensions, or stress line conditions exceed process control limits, double sampling shall be conducted for measurement. If the deviation is confirmed, a quarantine notice shall be issued, production shall be notified for improvement, and follow-up tracking shall be implemented. Semi-finished products below the lower specification limit shall be quarantined.

Neck Crystallization Stage Semi-Finished Products

When abnormalities are detected in neck finish dimensions or crystallization conditions, double sampling shall be conducted for measurement. If the deviation is confirmed, a quarantine notice shall be issued, production shall be notified for improvement, and follow-up tracking shall be implemented. Semi-finished products from the relevant time period shall be quarantined pending inspection.

Blow Molding Stage Finished Products

1. When bottle height, wall thickness, body diameter, shot volume capacity, capacity shrinkage rate, or body diameter shrinkage rate exceed process control specifications, double sampling shall be conducted for measurement. If the deviation is confirmed, a quarantine notice shall be issued, production shall be notified for improvement, and follow-up tracking shall be implemented.

2. Heat Resistance Performance: After hot water filling (center bottle temperature at 91±1°C), if obvious bottle deformation occurs, double sampling shall be conducted for measurement. If the deviation is confirmed, a quarantine notice shall be issued, production shall be notified for improvement, and follow-up tracking shall be implemented.

3. When load-bearing capacity, drop impact strength, or heat-resistant vacuum indicators fail to meet specifications, double sampling shall be conducted for measurement. If the deviation is confirmed, a quarantine notice shall be issued, production shall be notified for improvement, and follow-up tracking shall be implemented.

4. For minor appearance abnormalities, the production line shall be contacted to take preventive measures to avoid non-conforming products. For severe appearance abnormalities, a quarantine notice shall be issued, production shall be notified for improvement, and semi-finished products from the relevant time period shall be quarantined pending inspection.

Tracking and Quarantine of Non-Conforming Products

Once non-conforming products are detected during production, the production floor shall be immediately notified to make adjustments and improvements. Simultaneously, the defective products shall be tracked and quarantined.

Operation Method: Sample inspection shall be conducted on the pallet produced immediately before the problematic time period. If defective products are found, continue sampling the preceding adjacent pallet until no defective products are detected.
