Precautions for Using Fully Automatic Blow Molding Machines

Fully automatic blow molding machines are primarily used for producing plastic containers made from PET material. These machines can transform PET polyester pellets (in one-step process machines) or pre-made PET preforms (in two-step process machines) into plastic container bottles using molds and specific process techniques. They have made it convenient for people to use plastic bottles of various shapes in daily life. So, how should we operate automatic blow molding machines to make their use simpler, more convenient, and extend their service life?

Precautions for Using Fully Automatic PET Blow Molding Machines:

1. When operating the blow molding machine, carefully inspect whether the power supply and control system, heating system, air compressor supply system, etc., are all in normal condition. Additionally, ensure that appropriate lubricant is added to parts requiring lubrication to guarantee the proper functioning and operation of the equipment.

2. When using an automatic blow molding machine, it is also necessary to install the blow molding mold on the machine. Carefully check whether the emergency stop button is functioning properly. Before starting the machine, follow the prescribed procedures and requirements for startup, debugging, or operation to ensure the machine is running and operating under normal conditions.

3. Adhere to the "Three Goods" Principle: Manage Well, Use Well, and Maintain Well.

① Manage Well

Operators should properly maintain and keep in good condition the equipment, attachments, various tools, instruments, and related equipment they use. They are responsible for the custody and upkeep of the equipment. When the equipment is running, operators must not leave their posts without authorization. If any issues arise, the machine must be stopped, the power turned off, and a maintenance label placed to prevent unauthorized startup by others. Equipment should not be operated by others without the consent of the supervisor. Handover procedures should be conducted carefully, and records must be filled out accurately.

② Use Well

Strictly follow operating procedures to fully utilize the equipment’s capabilities. Operate the equipment scientifically and correctly. Based on usage conditions and container requirements, select suitable preforms, temperatures, and processing methods.

③ Maintain Well

Understand the equipment’s structure, performance, and working principles. Perform primary and secondary maintenance as required to keep the equipment in optimal condition. Collaborate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot faults and participate in equipment repair planning.
